the world. To me, the desire to once see a white cascade in misty fog
and sunlight was satisfied when I experienced our trip to Cao Bang with my friends.

Traveling to northeast of the country in the journey to Ban Gioc
Fall, there is lots of amazing when we passed soft curved road in the
bottom of the mountain and witness at sight the romantic beauty of
mountains, rivers and pieces of forest. Branches of wildflowers and the
peace scenery in here makes soul of travelers many feelings.
The road takes tourists to the destination. Crossed over Ma Phuc
gorge and Khau Lien gorge, Ban Gioc Fall is appeared on the face.
Located in Dam Thuy Village, Trung Khanh District, Cao Bang Province Vietnam, the fall is famous destination to both domestic and foreign
tourists. According to the introduction of residential, Ban Gioc Fall is
divided into 2 parts: one lying in the border between Vietnam and
China, separated by Quay Son River flowing by below; and the rest is
entirely in the territory of Vietnam. The main part is 100 meters wide,
70 meters high and 60 meters deep. Looking from afar, the fall flows
down whitely and originally, seems to be a strip of silk crossing the
mountain. This make Ban Gioc Fall be one of Vietnamese deserved the most
beautiful cascade of Vietnam and South East Asia.

Lam Ban Gioc newly opened in late 2014, bringing traditional Buddhist

the peace and friendship in the border area but also a spiritual
tourist attractions. Standing at the yard, we can enjoy panoramic Ban

The religious structure, also called Bhad
Dhat or Luc Hien Tower, is famous for being the one and only building
bearing a strong impact of Angkor Style of Khmer group.
In the 20th century,
archaeologists declared that they had discovered a Sanskrit stele in the
site and it unfolded that the temple was built in 892. The tower
including in the temple complex is 8.9m high with a rectangle base
measuring 5.6×6.9m. The building material of the tower is primarily
bricks, tightly arranged that the mortar between them can hardly be
seen, therefore, has yet to be identified. In the tower, copper items
and pottery are found and claimed to belong to the Oc Eo Culture which
was in the period of 1st-7th centuries.
The pagoda is home to Buddhist monks and
the chanting rituals are commenced daily twice per day at 4a.m and 4p.m.
Local residents hold a festival at the tower in the midst of the first
lunar month every year. The site is the religious destination attracting
a fair share of pilgrims from across the country to say prayers for
